DMCA Policy

TheFapSpot respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on TheFapSpot infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide the specific URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material is located on our site.
  3. Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Response Time

We aim to review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the content provider (if applicable) of the removal
  • Terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

False Claims

Please note that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Model/Performer Removal Requests

If you are an adult performer and wish to have your profile or images removed from TheFapSpot, please contact us at [email protected] with verification of your identity. These requests are handled separately from DMCA notices.
